Aspiring Educators Club at Augsburg: The new Aspiring Educators Club at Augsburg is lobbying to give all Minnesota student teachers pay while doing their mandatory student teaching semesters. They are working with the National Education Association to raise awareness with a Google Form for anyone interested in helping pay student teachers. This Google Form belongs to the Minnesota President of Aspiring Educators. If interested, please scan this code or click this link.

New■  Spanish Immersion Program in Princeton, Minnesota Looking for Spanish-speaking 1st Grade Teacher: A Spanish Immersion Program in Princeton, Minnesota, about 50 minutes north of Minneapolis/St. Paul, is seeking a teacher who speaks Spanish to start in their program immediately teaching 1st grade.  The job would start immediately upon hire and could extend into a full-time position as the position is also open for the upcoming school year.  They would help with housing and transportation for this school year. New■  Summer Camp Internship Opportunities with Clemson University’s Learning Institute, 4-H Camp: Clemson University’s Learning Institute, 4-H Camp is seeking students for their summer positions at at 4-H Camp.

4-H Summer Camp takes place at Camp Bob Cooper in Summerton, South Carolina on Lake Marion. Staff will report to camp in mid-May and work until early August. Counselors will be working with youth ranging in age from 8-14. 4-H. These staff positions can count toward internships and are paid. They provide all training and certifications for staff.

■  AVID Tutor Openings in Roseville: Roseville Area Middle School (7-8), Parkview Center School (7-8), and Fairview Alternative High School (10-12) have the following shifts available, and someone could fill one or all of these shifts depending on their schedule.

  • Fairview Alternative High School Mondays and Wednesdays 1:30-2:30 pm
  • Parkview Center School Tuesdays and Thursdays 10 am-12 pm
  • Roseville Area Middle School 8-10 am

*There is time to get between the middle school and Parkview if an applicant is interested in both shifts.
